A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a vehicle at C at a horse.

1. On April 11, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) was driving the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol on a level that it is difficult to drive the said vehicle normally, such as rhythming and rhhhing the horse, and then driving the said vehicle at a location of three-lane 119 center shooting distance located at the Nomp 119 center located in the Nomp 119 city in Jeju city, along one-lane one-lane between three-lanes.

As a result, the Defendant, while driving a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of drinking, suffered injury such as salt, tension, etc. by driving the motor vehicle for about two weeks.

Violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking) and violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking without a license) were driven by the Defendant under the influence of alcohol 0.136% in the blood alcohol level without a driver’s license from the 3km section of around 119 center shooting distance, which was located in the street 100 meters away from the day indicated in the preceding paragraph at Jeju-si in the street near high school.
