Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 19:55 on January 15, 2013, the Defendant driven a balksaw car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.205% in the section of about 100 meters from the 100m to the road in front of the French commercial district, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu.
