A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Intrusion upon a structure;

A. On August 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened an entrance that was not set up for the purpose of theft of money and valuables to the E church in the victim D management, which is a pastor in C and 2 stories, at Sinstiing around 12:00; and (b) intruded into the church.

B. On November 9, 2015, the Defendant intruded into the church site for the purpose of theft of money and valuables against G church that manages the victim’s name, who is a pastor in F in light of light lighting around 16:40.

On May 12, 2016, at the time of light lighting around H2:45, the Defendant toldd the victim as if he did so for the purpose of theft of money and valuables, and had the victim open an entrance and intruded into the entrance for the purpose of theft.

2. Larceny;

A. The Defendant, at the same place as the one mentioned in paragraph 1-A at the same time and at the same time as the one mentioned in paragraph 1-A, stolen any crebs that were invaded as above, with one colorphone equivalent to KRW 800,000 in the market price owned by the victim D, which is kept adjacent to the other fluorno, inside the fluorian distribution

The Defendant invadedd at the same place as the day set forth in paragraph (c) of Article 1 at the same time as the above, and stolen the victim L, which was kept on the front right side of the wedding distribution, between I, a pastor of the above church, with one colorphone equivalent to KRW 1,90,000,000 in the market price of the victim L, which was kept on the front right side of the wedding distribution.

3. On December 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the time of light lighting around 22:00, the victim N management of the victim, who is a pastor in M 2 stories; (b) opened an entrance and intrude into the entrance for the purpose of theft of money and valuables; and (c) entered the entrance to the wooden room in the church.
