피고인은 2016. 3. 11. 02:35 경 서귀포시 D에 있는 ‘E’ 찜질 방 남자 수면 실에서 잠을 자고 있는 피해자 F( 남, 19세) 의 바지 안으로 손을 넣어 성기를 만지고 피해자의 바지를 내려 입으로 성기를 빨고 계속하여 피해자의 입술에 입을 맞춘 후 피해자의 입 안에 침을 넣고 손으로 피해자의 엉덩이를 만지고 젖꼭지를 돌리는 등 공중 밀집장소인 찜질 방에서 피해자를 추행하였다.
