1. The order of departure issued by the Defendant against the Plaintiff on January 27, 2014 shall be revoked.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On June 15, 2007, the Plaintiff graduated from the Mongolian National University, and was selected as an overseas elementary student during the period of three months at the International Relations Team of Mongolia, and entered the Republic of Korea with the visa for sojourn status of general training (D-4) on November 21, 2007.

B. On March 7, 2008, the Plaintiff entered the department B at the general graduate school of Gangnam University (hereinafter “instant graduate school”) on March 7, 2008, and obtained permission to change the status of stay for study (D-2) on May 2, 2008.

C. On February 19, 2010, the Plaintiff completed the graduate school of this case.

On January 24, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a contract on consignment of the duties of the Korean Language Institute (hereinafter “instant contract”) with an industry-academic cooperation foundation for the Korea National Language Institute (hereinafter “instant task”) with regard to D’s task (hereinafter “instant task”) conducted in the Korea National Language Institute and performed by the Korea National Institute of Language Information Research (hereinafter “the instant task”).

In Article 4 (Verification of Performance of Duties) of the Mongolian Republic of Korea, Byung shall submit the results of his/her duties to Eul at least once a week and obtain confirmation on the results of duties.

Article 6 (Other Matters) (1) Byung shall faithfully perform the duties entrusted by the National Institute of Korean Language and shall be subject to the supervision and supervision of Eul.

(2) Eul shall be the National Institute of Korean Language.
