A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 29, 2014, at around 22:48, the Defendant, while driving a car in CColand, driven one lane in the five-lane near the NFIC near the NFIC, sentenced the victim D(49 years old) to yield the course to the Defendant, and changed the bus to a two-lane, the Defendant was willing to obstruct the passage of the bus after the end of the operating period of the bus-only lane.

On April 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 22:49 on April 29, 2014, when the bus was driven at a two-lane of the 389km Office Highway (In the direction of a mountain) in Yong-si, Young-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant obstructed the passing of the bus by reducing the speed of the bus in the future; (b) thereby preventing the overtaking of the bus; (c) again, the bus entered a two-lane; (d) reduced the speed of the bus again; (d) the said bus entered a three-lane, and (e) the said bus failed to rapidly reduce the speed between the two-lanes; and (e) the Defendant, as the front offender part of the said bus, which failed to avoid this rapid decline, was placed at the rear end part of the motor vehicle of the Defendant; and (e) immediately stopped on the three-lane road.

Accordingly, although the above bus stops in operation with the victim D, it did not stop or stop the above bus which was stopped by the victim F (44 years old)'s G freight cars, the above bus was left to the back part of the above bus with the front part of the cargo vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant stopped on an expressway to obstruct the traffic of the expressway, thereby causing 27 victims on board the bus, such as the victim D and the list of the annexed crimes list, to suffer from the injury of climatic salt, etc. requiring approximately 2 to 8 weeks medical treatment, and the injury of the victim F, such as the external shock that requires about 16 weeks medical treatment.
