Punishment of the crime

On November 201, the Defendant became aware of B accompanied by the Defendant’s work training abroad, and after being informed of B, from the first policeman on April 2012, 201, the Defendant had contact with each other.

On November 24, 2012, the Defendant prepared a false complaint with a blank pen in the public service center of the Gyeonggi-dong Police Station of the Gyeonggi-do Police Station located in Gyeonggi-do, Busan-do, 398-3, and submitted the complaint to the police officer in charge.

The purport of the complaint was that “A person was subject to sexual assault from B on April 30, 2012, May 14, 2012, and October 2012, and issued KRW 1 million upon intimidation from B on May 2012.”

On November 24, 2012, the day when the defendant submitted a written complaint, the defendant made a supplementary statement to the defendant at the crime of the Gyeonggi-dong Police Station in the Gyeonggi-dong Police Station and the criminal 4 team office, and the investigative police officer was able to drink B and alcohol on April 30, 2012.
