1. All of the plaintiffs' lawsuits of this case are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant church is a church that was a member of the Jo's association under the Ko's General Assembly of Korea (hereinafter "the instant religious order"), and the defendant I is a member of the defendant church.

B. On January 4, 2015, the Defendant church held a joint meeting while the members present, and the Defendant church decided to withdraw from the Jnoby Association with the consent of all the members present (hereinafter “instant first withdrawal resolution”). On January 19, 2015, Defendant I submitted to the Jnoby Association a letter of withdrawal that Defendant I would withdraw from the Jnoby Association in accordance with the instant withdrawal resolution.

C. Jinno Association shall be on March 13, 2015.

Based on the facts stated in paragraph (1), the dismissal and withdrawal disposition against Defendant I (hereinafter “instant dismissal and withdrawal disposition”) was made, and on May 6, 2015, K pastor was dispatched to the temporary president of the Defendant church.

K and L (which was dismissed and removed by the council of the defendant church on December 31, 2014) held a church meeting on May 15, 2015 and May 16, 2015, respectively, deleted from the list of members of the general assembly of the members of the defendant church who are 126 and less than 14 years old from among the members of the defendant church by holding a church meeting on May 15, 2015, and deleted from the list of members of the general assembly of the members of the defendant church. ② on May 28, 2015, the defendant church held a church meeting to remove 55 of the members of the defendant church from the list of members of the defendant church. ③ on June 1, 2015, the defendant church held a church meeting to dismiss 28 of the members of the defendant church, and ④ on June 1, 2015, held a resolution of the joint members of the defendant church, including the five members of the defendant church among the members of the defendant church.

E. The members of the Defendant church supporting Defendant I (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant church members”) notified on June 7, 2015 that the ratification of the first withdrawal resolution of this case through the church principal report of the church on June 14, 2015 is expected to be held by the joint council on the agenda, and subsequently, on June 14, 2015.
