Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2013, at around 23:33, the Defendant driven BM7 car in a state of 0.164% alcohol concentration on the section of approximately 150 meters from the day on which the GU7 car was driven from the GU7 car parking lot located in the two Dongs of the Daegu Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu to the day on which the Home Punger Driers was built in the same Seo-gu.
