The appeal is dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

Examining various circumstances that form the conditions for sentencing as indicated in the records, such as the Defendant’s age character and conduct, intelligence and environment, relationship with victims, motive and consequence of each of the instant crimes, and circumstances after the commission of the crime, it is extremely unfair to maintain the first instance judgment that the lower court sentenced the Defendant to 10 years’s imprisonment, even in light of the circumstances asserted in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
