A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around C cafeterias located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on September 5, 2015; (b) around C cafeterias in Seongbuk-gu; (c) while drinking alcohol together with the victim D (31 years of age), the Defendant: (a) took the victim’s face 10 times as drinking; and (d) took the victim’s face on the part of the victim who continued going over the floor, and (e) took the victim’s face, the Defendant was bread of detailed unknown sons who need approximately two weeks of treatment.

2. Performance of official duties;

A. On September 5, 2015, at around 08:25, the Defendant arrested a flagrant offender with assaulting D, as described in paragraph (1), and was transferred to Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul District Cancer Police Station E., and thereafter, the Defendant left the disturbance to F, such as continuing to take a bath, who was under investigation due to a sudden separate case, and eventually prevented F, the circumstances leading up to the above police station’s management. As such, the part of the above G’s right snow, a mustbbbbbbbbbs, etc., on one occasion at each time, and sold the above G and bbbbs.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties in relation to the investigation, suppression, etc. of police officers' crimes.

나. 피고인은 2015. 9. 5. 10:27경 위 서울종암경찰서에서 조사를 마친 이후, 유치장 입감을 위하여 호송차량에 탑승하여 서울성북경찰서로 이동하던 중 서울 성북구 안암로 145(안암동) 고려대학교 정문을 지날 무렵 위 호송차량 안에서 갑자기 호송차량 안에 타고 있던 경찰관들에게 “짭새 씨발새끼야” 등의 욕설을 하여 이를 제지하던 서울 종암경찰서 소속 경위 H의 얼굴에 침을 뱉고, 머리로 위 H의 얼굴을 2회 들이받고, 계속하여 발로 위 H의 허벅지를 2회 때렸다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning police officers' escorting duties.
