Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, with respect to Defendant A, it shall be for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Public Offering Relations] D organized a telephone financial fraud (one name “Sing”; hereinafter “Singing”) as a general manager of a criminal organization, and organized a telephone financial fraud group in China. After purchasing an unspecified number of personal information to be subject to a Bosing crime from a scam scam scam, D provided the call center manager with the Internet telephone line of the call center office used for the crime, and operated and managed the call center’s general operation by providing the call center manager with equipment such as the telephone number operating device, representative number connection device, etc.

E served as the head of the call center called the "G Team" operated by the president of the Call Financial Fraud Group F, and the head of the team responsible for the management of phishing books by deceiving the victims by telephone, and the Defendants, H, I, and J served as the member of the above "G Team", who is a member of the above "G Team" and who is responsible for deceiving many unspecified victims in Korea.

In accordance with the division of the above roles, the Defendants: (a) enticed the victims into the employees of financial institutions, such as Hyundai Capital, etc. by telephone calls to many and unspecified victims in Korea; and (b) induced them to require the victims to pay loans; and (c) had the victims transfer money to the ‘Scam’ account by deceiving the victims to the ‘Scaming’ account; and (d) conspired to acquire money by fraud.

A. According to the aforementioned division of roles as above, a call center in China, etc. concluded a false statement to the effect that “To obtain a loan, a stamp and line need to be given. To receive a loan, a stamp and line need to be given. If a stamp and interest are deposited, a loan will be granted.”

However, in fact, the defendants and the above-mentioned officers are also paid the victim's stamp duty and interest.
