A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 10, 2012, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Goyang Branch of the Jung-gu District Court on July 10, 2012, and on February 29, 2016, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 4 million for the same crime at the same court.

Defendant was punished as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act by driving a motor vehicle, etc. under the influence of alcohol more than twice as above, and around September 17, 2017, around 20:44, the Defendant driven BK5 motor vehicles under the influence of alcohol of about 0.131% in the blood alcohol concentration at the 4km section from the front side of the Gandong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si.
