Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a BMW X6 car.

On April 2, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at around 03:06, and made the turn to the left at an insurous speed, depending on one lane from the four-distance side along the yellow-ro intersection, which is located in the Yellow-gu Yellowdong.

At the time, there is a night, and there is an intersection installed with a signal apparatus, so a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to take care of the front side and the right and the right and the right of the motor vehicle, and to prevent accidents from spreading.
