A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and victim F(23) and G are middle school dong-gu.

On August 12, 2016, the Defendant drinked alcoholic beverages from a restaurant located in H of Incheon, Incheon, G, and around 01:0 on August 13, 2016, at around 01:00 on August 13, 2016, at the victim’s residence located near the victim’s proposal to drink alcoholic beverages more at the victim’s residence, and around 5:0 on August 12, 201 to the victim’s residence located in J of Incheon, Incheon.

On August 13, 2016, the Defendant, while drinking alcohol with the victim and G, told the victim that he was friendly with K who was a middle school friendly with K, a middle school friendly with the victim at the victim’s residence. Ultimately, the Defendant committed assault against the victim, resulting in the death of the victim.
