Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 25, 2017, at around 15:15, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim C and the victim, who was sitting in the seat of the elderly and the elderly, on the 1st line of the Busan City Railroad, which was operated by the Nowon-dong bank in the old-dong bank, on August 25, 2017; and (b) caused injury, such as the mouth heat, which requires treatment for about 10 days to the victim by hand.
