Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 17, 2013, at around 01:40, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol to the people who had been engaged in cleaning vehicles on the roads in Dongjak-gu Seoul, Seoul and the above roads; and (b) the Defendant was able to have the Defendant come home by having a slope D belonging to the Dongjak Police Station C District, Seoul, which was dispatched to the site after receiving a report 112, and caused the Defendant to have the Defendant come home. The Defendant saw the above D’s wing parts of the said D, stating that “I Chewing, this gar, and n’t I am, I am, I am.”

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the above D and interfered with the maintenance of police officers' order and legitimate execution of their duties on the site.
