Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2016, at around 21:00, the Defendant driven BM3 automobiles without obtaining a driver's license from around 1km section from the front of the cafeteria of the west-do, Yangsan-si to the front of the upper west-do, Yangsan-si Police Station.
