Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant A is a person who serves as a business director of the corporation B.

No business operator or any person who operates prevention facilities shall discharge water pollutants that flow into prevention facilities without passing through the final discharge outlet.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 22:00 on February 14, 2019, connected pipelines (50 meters) temporarily installed in the flow adjustment tank to neighboring drainage pipes, operated a pumps (1ma, 150 L/), and discharged water-quality pollutants (3,300 gg per liter of organic substance, 1,230 g of suspended substance, 1,230 g per liter, 72.571 g of nitrogen compound, 32.53 g of organic compound, 1 liter compound, and 32.53 gg of each liter compound) into public waters without passing through the final outlet.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an act of discharging water pollutants flowing into prevention facilities without passing through the final discharge outlet.

2. Defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of importing, manufacturing, and wholesale and retailing agricultural and fishery products.

The defendant committed a violation as described in the above paragraph (1) with respect to the defendant's business director A at the time and place mentioned in the above paragraph (1).
