Punishment of the crime

On February 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the D restaurant operated by the victim C, an employee of the first floor of the Gu B B building in Changwon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 08:35, the Defendant: (b) laid down a gate in the table due to the fact that E, an employee, was not able to put in the table; (c) laid down a gate to the floor; (d) damaged the victim’s gate; (d) laid down one gate to the wall; (e) laid down one gate to the wall; and (e) damaged the victim’s 250,000 won in the market price; and (e) damaged the victim’s 30,000 won in the market price.
