A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

around 12:30 on September 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received an order from the victim “D” restaurant operated by Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun; (b) received an additional order from the victim to drink one disease; and (c) made the victim “calculated and potable” from the victim; (d) made the victim “I wish to pay money in return for giving the victim the alcohol value; and (e) made the victim “I wish to pay money, I am, I am me, I am the beer and me sweed on the floor while I am the beer and me sweed with the beer, I am the beer and sweed with the beer, and sweed with the beer and the victim’s face.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the business of the victim's restaurant by force for about 30 minutes.

1. On September 22, 2018, at the point of “F” located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, the Defendant returned home to the Republic of Korea after paying the drinking value, and the Defendant alone, calculated the drinking value added to the beer, thereby resulting in the loss of the victim G (the 49 years old), who is an employee of the above beer, and the brue, had two beer soldiers on the floor, and the victim collected 4 beer disease from the brue on the floor, and the brue victim collected 4 beer her escape on the table.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the beer, which is a dangerous thing, such as throwing the beer, to the victim.

2. The Defendant interfered with the business, at the same time and place as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1), expressed a large amount of talks, such as “I see, Chewing,” and read “I see, see, e.g., whether I see, I see, I am, I am, I am, I am, am, and four beer diseases, and ambling them, and prevented a new customer from entering.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's main business by force for about 30 minutes.
