Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 4, 2016, around 15:45, the Defendant assaulted the victim by taking the face of the victim B (13) (13) who was walking together with his/her friendship with his/her wife, without any justifiable reason, on the front side of the ice apartment in the Seongbuk-gu Seoul National Security Site.

2. On May 4, 2016, around 15:53, the Defendant assaulted the victim by taking the face of the victim D (14 tax) who is the victim’s pro-Japanese arrest who resisted the above Defendant’s act in his/her hands.
