A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 22:00 on November 14, 2012, the Defendant: (a) entered a new bank card in the name of C in the name of C, which was known in advance, in the cash withdrawal period managed by the bank deposit insurance of the victim’s post office located in Seongbuk-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, 88-3; (b) and then withdrawn KRW 3,300,000 from C’s new bank account (E) and stolen the property owned by the victim.

2. On November 18, 2012, at G convenience stores located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant: (a) entered a new bank card in the name of C, which was opened at the scene, as described in paragraph (1), in a cash withdrawal machine managed by the Victim Barnet (ju), and then withdrawn KRW 300,000,000 from the new bank account of C as described in paragraph (1), thereby cutting off the property owned by the victim Barnet (ju). On November 18, 2012, the Defendant continued to set up the said card in a cash withdrawal machine managed by the Korean Electronic Finance Corporation, and then withdrawn a total of KRW 1,50,000,000 from the said account, thereby thefting the Defendant’s property owned by the victim’s electronic financial company.

3. On November 19, 2012, around 21:30, the Defendant: (a) at the location 365cop of KB National Bank Street, Inc., Ltd., the Defendant, at the location 535-20, posted a new bank cash card in the name of C, which was opened at the same location, and then withdrawn KRW 1,70,000 on two occasions from the new bank account as described in paragraph (1) and then cut off the property owned by the victim.
