Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Around 01:10 on September 13, 2015, the Defendant expressed that at the home of the Defendant located in Jeju-si, the Defendant was 112 reported to the effect that he would stop the Defendant from leaving the disturbance, and that he would be asked to stop the Defendant, and that he was “brue” to the circumstances belonging to the Jeju Dong-dong Police Station D District Unit called the Defendant “brue”, and the Defendant was able to purchase the e’s chest seven times of drinking.
