Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 2015, the Defendant, on the Internet’s Internet website, sells and sells the coffee shop in D at KRW 85 million, deposit 30 million, and monthly rent 1.8 million.
The author posted a letter to the effect that “A victim E calls for a contact with the defendant, and then planned to obtain the price by deceiving the difference or not supplying any goods to the victim, with the victim “to purchase the goods in lieu of the coffee shop.”
On July 29, 2015, the Defendant sold 6,500,000 won to the victim at the “F” coffee shop located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Seoul around July 29, 2015.
The phrase “ makes a false statement.”
However, in fact, the above coffee was sold in 4,500,000 won in the middle and high countries, and as such, the defendant was the purpose of acquiring the difference by deceiving the victim by making a false statement.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, such as receiving KRW 6,500,00 from the injured party at the end of the above Defendant, by deceiving the injured party more than five times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, and by deceiving the injured party as a total of KRW 20,081,230 from the injured party.
2. From September 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00 on September 17, 2015, the market value of the victim’s “H” car page operated by the victim E in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, citing the following: (b) the victim’s instant coffee machine.
Accordingly, the Defendant instigated the victim's property by instigating a door-to-door engineer who is unaware of the aforementioned circumstances.
