Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From September 1, 2012, the Defendant has been in charge of the management, claim, inspection, and return of goods as the principal of the D Elementary School in Sungsung City, and has been in charge of the management of affairs, such as the execution of accounting affairs.
1. On July 2013, the Defendant: (a) heard the speech that the head of the above elementary school should purchase the counseling room books from the counselor E; (b) instructed that “it would be good to purchase the books in the humanities; (c) if purchasing the books, it would bring about B the books, it would bring about B; and (d) accepted 17 copies of the books listed in the Defendant’s judgment in the attached Form No. 1 of Crimes List No. 250,600, the total market price of E, such as “culical and yellow agents,” and recognized that the book No. 17 copies of the crime list shall be added without going through the

2. From February 2014 to February 2014, a book amounting to KRW 2,470,800 in total of the market prices purchased with the book purchase budget was embezzled by being collected individually on the container.
3. The Defendant was a policeman on December 2, 2013.
