1. Defendant A

A. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 27, 2013, at around 02:24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) reported the occurrence of the assault on the roads located in Kimhae-si; (b) reported that F in the circumstance belonging to the E district, who was called out after receiving a report of the assault on the roads located in Kimhae-si, takes a chief door in order for the Defendant’s wife B to take aboard the Defendant’s wife B; (c) obstructed the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties regarding the handling of the reported case, and at the same time interfered with the police officer’s lawful performance of duties; and (d) damaged the repair cost of the vehicle used by the public offices, such as the postnice laps, to the extent of KRW 404,257.

2. Defendant B

A. On October 27, 2013, around 02:30 on October 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) took photographs of the damaged patrol vehicle H (24 years of age) before the E District Police Station E District of Kimhae Police Station located in G in Kimhae-si; (b) took photographs of the damaged patrol vehicle as referred to in the foregoing paragraph (1); (c) took the camera, took them away from the victim’s left side while obstructing the victim’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of the case of damage to public goods; and (d) took the victim’s back to the left side, and at the same time interfered with the victim’s legitimate performance of duties on the handling of the case of damage to
