A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:39 on May 13, 2016, the Defendant driven a Cbenz car owned by CWz car in the possession of the CWz car owned by CWz car in the front of the CWz apartment at approximately 700 meters away from the same city-ro 50 meters away from the front of the CWz apartment, in front of the Jeju-si 74 (MM-dong) non-cafeteria cafeteria (M-dong), while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.13%.

2. At around 01:15 on May 13, 2016, the Defendant refused to take a drinking test by a police official F belonging to the Jeju Western Police Station E Zone E zone, and ordered the Defendant to take the above F while the Defendant took a face of F by sticking the camera’s face into F, while the Defendant taken the camera’s face in his/her own cell phone at his/her hand, he/she obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of official duties on the crackdown’s drinking control.

While multiple pedestrians and drivers pass by, on the date and at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph 2, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim H(43 years of age) who is the driver of G vehicle in conflict with the vehicle driven by the Defendant due to drunk driving as stated in the foregoing paragraph 1, and insultd the victim.
