Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On September 5, 2015, the Defendant, without a driver’s license of a motor vehicle on September 15:45, 2015, driven a motor vehicle B-wing vehicle at a section of approximately 200 meters from the front side of the oil station in which it is impossible to find out the trade name in the Geumjin-gu Geum-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City without a driver’s license of a motor vehicle to the front side of the Dong-gu.
