Punishment of the crime

On December 15, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime such as fraud, etc. from the Busan District Court’s Branch Branch on December 15, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 23, 2016.

1. From May 14, 2016, around 09:30 on May 14, 2016, the Defendant embezzled, without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring a copy of the Nonghyup Card lost by the victim B, and returning it to the victim, on the front day of the 15-lane 20, Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

2. On May 14, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Specialized Credit Financial Business entered KRW 100,000 into a card terminal that was held by the customer in order to pay money from the customer within the vehicle while moving to the customer located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City on May 14, 2016, and used the lost check card after read and signing it.
