Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On September 5, 2014, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in the Busan District Court for a violation of the Attorney-at-Law Act, etc. on November 27, 2013.

The defendant is the representative director of the (ju)C operating an information and communications construction firm in Busan Dong-gu B and 802.

In the case of information and communications construction projects ordered by the Government and public institutions, the evaluation of qualifications to participate in the tender and qualifications, etc. shall be conducted according to the evaluation of performance capability of the construction contractor. In order to obtain points favorable to the evaluation of performance of the above construction work, the defendant stated the results of electrical construction in accordance with the contents of electronic tax invoices issued by the above company as the results of communications construction by changing them as the results of telecommunications construction, or submitted them to the Korea Information and Communications Corporation Association, which is the evaluation agency.

1. Around March 30, 201, the Defendant changed the item column of the electronic tax invoice related to D Electric Construction to “D Telecommunications Corporation” from “D Electric Construction,” and changed the value of supply “30 million won”, “3,000,000 won”, “33,000,000 won”, “33,000,000 won”, “330,000 won”, “330,000,000 won”, and “330,000,000,000 won” with the approval number changed from E to F, as well as the alteration of the electronic tax invoice in the name of Section C and Section B, which is related to the certification of evidence, from around that time to December 31, 2013.

On March 30, 201, the Defendant of an altered private document use an electronic tax invoice altered in accordance with paragraph 1 at the above office by submitting it to the Korea Information and Communications Corporation Association, which is aware of the alteration, and is recorded in the list of crimes in attached Form from around that time to December 31, 2013.
