The Defendant is a person who works through a "D" job placement service for the victim C.

On July 29, 2015, around 09:40 on July 29, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim's left arms, head, and other parts of the victim's plastic simplified form, on the ground that the victim refused to do so, at the job placement office of "D" located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, E, and the victim's refusal to do the work.
