The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The main point of the grounds for appeal is that the lower court’s punishment (five million won penalty) is too unreasonable.

2. The Defendant recognized the facts charged and opposed to the facts charged, and agreed with the victim.

However, this case is due to negligence of left left turn, and the victim's injury is shocked, and the degree of injury of the victim is not easy.

In full view of all the sentencing conditions shown in the records and pleadings, including equity in a similar case, age, sex, environment, etc., the sentence of the court below is not recognized as unfair due to the failure of the court below’s sentence.

3. The defendant's appeal is without merit. Thus, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
