1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

Reasons
1. The plaintiff is the owner of the building indicated in the order, and the defendant occupies and uses the building after concluding a lease contract with the plaintiff on the building, and does not pay management expenses after May 5, 2014 and after September 5, 2014. The sum of the rent and management expenses unpaid as of April 4, 2016 is KRW 12,152,220, and the monthly rent for the building indicated in the order is KRW 420,000, and the monthly management expenses are KRW 158,210.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to issue an order to the Plaintiff, and pay unjust enrichment at the rate of KRW 12,152,220 (the monthly rent of KRW 420,00, KRW 158,210) from April 5, 2016 to April 5, 2016 and KRW 578,210 (the monthly rent of KRW 420,000, KRW 158,210).
