2. Defendant A

(a) Any person who intends to engage in the business of collecting and selling edible eggs which are livestock products sales business shall report thereon to the competent authorities;

Nevertheless, without filing the above report, the Defendant run the business of collecting and selling edible eggs from December 2, 2012 to October 14, 2015.

(b) No person with false labelling shall indicate or advertise the names, manufacturing methods, ingredients, dietitians, raw materials, uses, quality, and packaging of livestock products different from facts or exaggeratedly in relation thereto;

The Defendant, from April 29, 2015 to November 18, 2015, entered a general food disturbance collected from another farm from the foregoing “H”.
