A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. 업무방해, 재물손괴 피고인은 2019. 12. 8. 21:57경 술을 마신 상태로 강릉시 B 소재 피해자 C 운영의 D모텔 안으로 들어가, 위 모텔 2층으로 올라가려고 하였으나 피해자의 아들이 이를 제지하자, 위 모텔 카운터 출입문을 잡아당기고 손으로 위 출입문을 치고 발로 위 출입문을 찼다.

2. On December 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) 22:35 of the obstruction of performance of official duties, after receiving the second report of C’s 112 after the act of disturbance as stipulated in paragraph (1) of the same Article, the Defendant moved the police vehicle to H located in Gangnam-si, Gangnam Police Station E-gu, which was called out after receiving the second report.

Then, after getting off from the police vehicle, the Defendant was faced with a disturbance by raising the wallets and keys in the upper floor in the situation where F is unfated after getting off from the police vehicle. In short, it was difficult for the Defendant to avoid a disturbance, such as: (a) raising the wallets and keys in the upper floor; (b) raising the body in the lower part under the influence of alcohol; and (c) keeping the light F.

The defendant continues to be the above welfare center due to the depression of the F.
