Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 31, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Changwon District Court for fraud, etc. and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 9, 2012.

At around 01:50 on June 10, 2012, the Defendant stolen a construction tool box containing about 974,000 won in total of the market prices, such as one digital poster flag, which was loaded in the cargo vehicle of one ton of E, the victim D, within the underground parking lot of the 6-based 'Seoul apartment' Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, and one construction tool box containing 18 construction sections.
