Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 6, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch on March 31, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Sungsung vocational training prison on March 31, 2016.
1. On August 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of a vehicle parked without correcting the victim’s name in the Blue-gu Multicultural 2-ro, Ansan-si; and (b) took a theft of the Montreal V-3000, which was attached in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle.
2. At around 02:00 on August 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of ES5 vehicle that was parked in front of the Dong-gu, Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si without correction by the victim C; and (b) took a theft of the market price of the vehicle, which is equivalent to KRW 400,000,000, in the vehicle.

On August 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a door-to-face driver’s seat in the front of the Dong-gu Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si, which was parked by the Victim F without correction from the Victim F; and (b) stolen money and valuables worth KRW 140,000 in cash in the vehicle and KRW 140,00 in the market value of KRW 60,000,000 in total, and KRW 740,000 in the market value.
4. At around 00:00 on August 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a door door of JM5 vehicle driving which was parked without correction by the victim I at the parking lot for multi-household housing located in the Dong-gu, Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si; and (b) stolen “Span social V800,000” equivalent to KRW 2 million at the market price attached to the front glass of the vehicle.
5. On August 23, 2016, around 14:30 on August 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat on a multi-household building parking lot located in the Dong-gu, Ansan-si; and (b) took a theft of KRW 19,000 in cash on the vehicle that was parked without correcting the victim’s K.
