Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing taxi.

On September 6, 2015, the Defendant driven the above taxi around 14:10 on September 6, 2015, and led to a road of 1 lane in front of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C in the front of the building in the fire department as paper.

At the time, the crosswalk was installed on the front door, and thus, the driver engaged in the driving of the motor vehicle had a duty of care to prevent the accident in advance by checking whether there is a person who gets on the front left and right well, and driving the motor vehicle safely.
