A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 29, 2015, around 11:20, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the public danger by setting the waste in a separate collection box by attaching fire to the paper of the “D Care Center” in the Dasan-si, Dasan-si, by the method of throwing the paper into the separate collection box by attaching fire to the paper of the “Dental Care Center” in the separate collection box; and (b) burning the waste in that place, the separate collection site, the sand position panel, etc.
