Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act, as a person engaged in driving of the Category B car, on February 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven the said string-man car on the national highway No. 3 under the 3rd road at Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnamnam-do; (b) driven the said string-man car at a speed of about 60 km per hour from the string-si to the string-si, Gwangju-si to the string-si, while driving at a speed of about 60 km of speed from the string-si to the string-si to the string-si, without accurately operating the steering direction and operation system accurately; (c) caused the victim to suffer the injury of the string-man, 60 50 %, and 50 % of the said string-out car at the same time.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, at the date and place specified in the foregoing 1. Paragraph (1) and operated the said car with the body-man car not covered by mandatory insurance.
