1. The defendant shall pay 20 million won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from May 19, 2005 to the day of complete payment.

1. Around December 17, 2002, the Plaintiff lent KRW 23 million to the Defendant. While the Plaintiff was not repaid KRW 22 million, the Plaintiff filed an application against the Defendant for a payment order with the Daegu District Court for the said unpaid loan.

The above court issued a payment order stating that "the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 22 million won and the amount calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the day following the day when the original copy of the payment order was served to the day of full payment." The above payment order was served to the defendant on May 18, 2005, and was finalized on June 2, 2005.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay the money stated in the claim to the plaintiff.
