The judgment of the court below against the Defendants by the public prosecutor is unfair since the defendants A (the court below's sentence: 10 months of imprisonment, 2 years of suspended sentence, 2 years of suspended execution, 20 million won of collection, 20 million won of imprisonment, 3 months of suspended execution, 2 years of collection, 3 million won of collection, 3 months of imprisonment, 3 years of suspended execution, 2 years of collection, 3 million won of collection), 3 (the court below's decision: 10 months of suspended execution, 2 years of collection, 17 million won of collection) and 4 (the court below's decision: 6 months of suspended execution, 2 years of additional collection, 2 million won of imprisonment, and 2 million won of collection), 3 years of suspended execution, 2 years of imprisonment, and 2 million won of collection against the defendants in accordance with the former part of the court below's decision that held that the prosecution's appeal against the defendants was too unfair, 3 years of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of collection, and 2 years of suspended execution).

A favorable circumstance, such as the Defendant’s confession of the instant crime, exists.

However, the crime of this case was committed by the defendant with an illegal solicitation to the effect that the defendant would operate a fair competition while working as a Korean professional axis, and received a total of KRW 18 million in return, thereby undermining the spirit of sports in which the defendant should participate in a fair proceeding of the sports life-based game and participate in a corrected prize on the basis thereof, and thereby undermining the spirit of sports in which the defendant should participate in a corrected prize.
