1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

Details of the disposition

Except from January 16, 1981 to January 25, 1981, and from September 16, 1990 to February 10, 192, the Plaintiff’s resident registration was made in Gangseo-gu Busan Gangseo-gu from March 23, 1971 to January 13, 198, and the Plaintiff continued to be made in Busan Gangseo-gu from January 16, 1981 to January 25, 1981, except from January 16, 1981 to January 25, 1981.

On October 27, 1972, the Plaintiff’s net C completed the registration of preservation of ownership on the 9th floor of the first floor of the land of Gangseo-gu Busan, Gangseo-gu, as well as the 15th floor of the lower floor of the 15th floor.

Recently, Busan Gangseo-gu was incorporated into the F Development Project, and the plaintiff was excluded from the person subject to relocation measures on the ground that the plaintiff received KRW 43,129,340 as the compensation for obstacles from the Busan Urban Corporation and applied for relocation measures, but the plaintiff's resident registration address is located outside the project district.

On January 31, 2018, the Defendant sent a reply to the Plaintiff on January 31, 2018 that "the correction of the resident registration address is, in principle, impossible retroactive correction in accordance with Article 8 of the Resident Registration Act, and it is possible to correct exceptionally only when the court ruling
