Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person engaged in driving a radar car.
1. On March 14, 2019, the Defendant driven the rash vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.235% in the section of approximately 7 km alcohol concentration from the road near the “D” located in Young-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to the front road in the ethic City E in terms of harmony.
2. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) was driving the said racing car on the four-lane road in front of F in E at the time of the temporary border as described in paragraph 1, along with three-lanes from the intersection of Taean, while under the influence of alcohol.
