1. The defendant shall pay 328,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from March 19, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

(2) On November 5, 201, the Plaintiff leased the instant site C (hereinafter “instant site”) and its ground-based factory (hereinafter “instant building”) to the Defendant, with a deposit of KRW 100 million (in the event of a contract, the remainder of KRW 10 million is paid in January 31, 2019), monthly rent of KRW 7 million, and the lease period from January 31, 2019 to January 30, 2029.

3. Payment shall be made in installments on 15. The base date for calculation of the monthly tax shall be March 15, 2019 and the completion of a building shall be completed by the end of June, 2019.

E. On March 8, 2019, the Plaintiff did not pay a deposit to the Defendant.
