1. The defendant shall pay 328,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from March 19, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

(2) On November 5, 201, the Plaintiff leased the instant site C (hereinafter “instant site”) and its ground-based factory (hereinafter “instant building”) to the Defendant, with a deposit of KRW 100 million (in the event of a contract, the remainder of KRW 10 million is paid in January 31, 2019), monthly rent of KRW 7 million, and the lease period from January 31, 2019 to January 30, 2029.

(hereinafter referred to as “the instant lease contract”). The terms and conditions of the instant lease contract include the following:

1. To remove or destroy the existing building after removing expenses of the lessee and to use the building conforming to the purpose of use of the lessee, and the lessee shall remove the existing building with the lessor’s permission after obtaining permission for new building;

2. A lessee is entitled to compensate the lessor for the market price of the existing building if the lessee does not construct a new building after the removal of the building;

C. On February 2019, the Defendant: (a) removed the instant building from the Plaintiff; (b) obtained the building permit under the name of D, a joint representative director, with respect to the instant site; and (c) on March 4, 2019, the said building permit was changed to the Plaintiff.

The defendant on February 21, 2019: 45 million won out of the remaining gold on March 1, 2019

3. Payment shall be made in installments on 15. The base date for calculation of the monthly tax shall be March 15, 2019 and the completion of a building shall be completed by the end of June, 2019.

“The” written statement was prepared and delivered to the Plaintiff.

E. On March 8, 2019, the Plaintiff did not pay a deposit to the Defendant.
