The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The summary of the facts charged was employed by the Defendant as a pair of general construction companies and worked as a technician at the site of construction of a hotel located in Washington from September 16, 1981, and the Defendant informed the Defendant of various national secrets that he came to know at the Embassy of North Korea with the pain of the workplace and North Korea from the past, and attempted to escape from North Korea after killing the workplace's company.

A. On October 1, 1981, the Defendant: (a) stated on October 1, 1981, 14:20, that the Defendant: (b) on a public telephone, at a distance of about ten meters from 10 meters from the Mau F apartment; (c) stated that the Defendant was an employee of the North Korean Embassy stationed in the Republic of Korea, who has been working for himself in Seoul; and (d) obtained the Defendant’s visit to the Embassy of North Korea.

Accordingly, the defendant communicates with members of the anti-state organization.

B. On October 1, 1981, at around 14:30 on the street near the above F apartment, the Defendant boarded in black taxi on the number plate, and passed through the regular door of the North Korean Embassy at around 15:00 on the same day at around 15:00 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant escaped from an area under the control of the anti-state organization.

At around 15:00 on October 1, 1981, the Defendant entered the above North Korean Embassy and criticized the politics and economy of the Republic of Korea, together with male employees of the North Korean Embassy, who praised the North Korean Embassy’s G seat and the ideology of subject.

Then, according to the physical records of the above employees, Defendant stated birth, growth process, family relationship, and details of employment in Singapore, and stated the current status of the construction enterprises of the Republic of Korea that entered Singapore, military service relationship, and munitions manufacturers of the Republic of Korea, the Korea-U.S. military service, and the economic situation of the Republic of Korea.

Accordingly, the defendant met with a member of an anti-state organization, and disclosed military secrets of the Republic of Korea under the order of a member of an anti-state organization.
