1. Summary of the facts charged

A. B. Around August 3, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Intimidation, etc.) threatened the victim E (the age of 44) who made a statement of witness with the location described in paragraph (1) at around 17:05 on August 3, 2015, when undergoing a police investigation on the same content as that of paragraph (1), and demanded the victim E (the age of 44) who made a statement of witness to reach an agreement.
