A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

The defendant was asked for the victim in the vicinity of the victim's home located in the Council city D on May 11, 2013, after receiving a proposal from the other victim who was seriously doubtful that the victim had met another male-child, among the victims C (n, 21 years of age and 22 years of age and 2 years of age, and the other victim was asked for the victim in the vicinity of the victim's home located in the Council city D in order to confirm whether the victim actually meets another male-child.

On May 11, 2013, the Defendant found the victim's dialogues with another male in front of the F category E at the time of the Government of the Republic of Korea on May 23:58, 2013, and found the victim's right-hand in front of his name, and prevented the victim from driving ahead of his G car, and then threatened the victim with "the victim driving away from the vehicle". However, the victim refused it, the victim's refusal, thereby cutting the victim's door into the top of the said vehicle, breaking the victim's head, breaking the victim's hand, leading the victim's head, and forced the victim to sit into the top of the vehicle, and detained the victim in the way of driving the vehicle by acceleratinging the victim's right-hand bridge to the front door of the vehicle, as is, in a situation where the victim's right-hand bridge is coming out of the front door.

Since then, at the above location, the Defendant: (a) at the time when the victim temporarily stops the said car at the intersection of the public-private partnership, which was approximately 2 km away from the above 2km, to the intersection of the public-private partnership; (b) at the time when the victim temporarily stops the said car in order to get out of the zone under the above confinement, the Defendant threatened the victim, “I am out of the zone of governance,” and (c) was driving the said car by cutting off the said key on the part of the victim’s left hand on the hand floor and cutting off the said key.

Around 00:20 on May 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) extracted the key attached to the “I” road located in H at the Government of the Republic of Korea on May 12, 2013 to a stop the said vehicle by cutting the key attached to the said vehicle in front of the said vehicle, and (b) laid the stone with the stone attached around the said vehicle.
