1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 507,467,497 and KRW 505,005,835 from April 3, 2018 to April 2018.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment to be rendered for the confession of applicable provisions of law (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, the Defendants are only served with the original copy of the payment order and submit a formal written objection. Since they did not submit any subsequent written response and did not attend at the date of pleading, they are deemed to have led to the confession of all the Plaintiff’s assertion in accordance with Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.
